Abstract

We use an approximation of the flight trajectory for a two-stage rocket, making use of a mathematical model that takes into account the weight of the rocket itself, but also air resistance that will rise as the rockets speeds up.

We achived the mathematical approximation using object orientated programming in Python language. Also the final product has a GUI so it is available to use for anyone who wants to make use of this product wether they know of programming or not. It is worthnotting that the final product may be used by anyone who has access to internet, since the program was not design for a particular compilator or OS. Finally we proppose as future work that the code is extended to any type of rocket.
