This article examines the Draft Bill sent by the Executive to the National Assembly, which would require the communal property regime in the Atlantic Coast, and the proposal of the Autonomous Regional Councils, in order to analyze their similarities and differences, as well as the feasibility of incorporating the proposed changes in the opinion to be prepared by the responsible commissions. In this way, it is hoped to influence the preparation of an opinion that is more in line with the expectations of the communities, as reflected in the results of the consultation on the preliminary draft of the law and embodied in the proposal of the Autonomous Regions.
