Since January, CIDCA has strengthened its research and management in the autonomous regions of the North and South Atlantic through the DPI. The DPI is made up of four fundamental areas of research: anthropological, ecological, socioeconomic and legal, thus specializing its objectives and functions for the benefit of the coastal peoples. DPI is responsible for the multidisciplinary study of each and every one of the different programs and projects, so that, in a serious and participatory manner, they benefit the majority of the communities.
