Abstract

Moving towards a digital culture, in an era of dizzying changes and technological development, is an unavoidable need in today's university world. Situation that demands critical and prospective reflection for the construction of a proactive and real agenda, which enables Higher Education Institutions to accelerate the pace to achieve an acceptable level of mastery of digital skills in those who make up the university community, especially in two of its vital actors: teachers and students.
