Abstract

“Nicaraguan liberalism closes the century on the Atlantic Coast just as it began: with a strong discourse of incorporation of Spanish Nicaragua in the name of progress. Almost 100 years after Zelaya, this liberalism continues to promise the train, the region to communications and development.”
