Abstract

The American philosopher Michael Walzer poses a conception of justice regarding a differentiation on social goods. The educational milieu has peculiar criteria on justice. Walzer’s ideas are particularly interesting, for his theoretical proposal is closely linked to the cultural context and the empirical observation. The author reflects on Walzer’s proposal considering the educational problems in his country.
