In Mar del Plata and in Hong Kong, "the economic battle that is coming"
Abstract
The issues that were postponed during the WTO Summit in 2001 will be discussed in the Hong Kong Summit. WTO Summits are turned into a harsh economic struggle among rich and emerging countries. Due to the failures in the Seattle and Cancún Summits, economic confrontation can be expected.
