Abstract

When we address the term open access we mean that there is free availability on the Internet for all audiences; That is, any user can read, download, distribute, print or use the hosted material for academic purposes. However, the authors maintain the integrity of their works and the right to be properly recognized and cited.

Author Biography

Eduardo Menjívar Valencia, Don Bosco University

Eduardo Menjívar Valencia is a Communicator, Lecturer, Consultant, Writer, Project Advisor, Teacher and Researcher on Educommunicative topics. Currently, he is the Director of Distance Education (UDB Virtual) at the Don Bosco University, advisor of Research Projects in educational innovation and director of the Scientific Magazine Diálogos. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Communication, Technologies and Education. He has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the Don Bosco University, a Master's degree in Educational Informatics from the University of La Sabana, Colombia and a doctorate in Education and Social Communication from the Public University of Malaga, Spain. He has published various publications in books and indexed magazines and through lectures given at national and international conferences on topics related to distance education, learning environments, educational innovation and educommunication in digital environments, among others.
