Abstract

This year the anniversary of Paulo Freire’s death went unnoticed. This forgetfulness or intentional indifference toward the contributions of this Brazilian educational philosopher is an attempt to bury the soul of the father of liberation pedagogy, leaving absolutely orphaned his legacy of humanistic pedagogical formation.
