Approximation to the concept of criminal organization and systemic unfair

Abstract

This research paper shows the problems and difficulties in determininga concept of criminal organization. The starting point is the Spanish legal framework and the civil criminal dogmatic. In this way it seeks to know and identify the implications and scope of the criminal organization, due to its negative impact on currentsocieties.
