Abstract

This article seeks to explain the importance of relations and the academic reality that forces us to respond to whether higher education institutions link their departments, whether they really fulfill their functions, requirements, whether they develop or they manifest themselves as a whole and the criteria they offer, but mainly, what are the real contributions they make to society as a whole with the quantity and quality of professionals they graduate each year.
A model is presented which explains, when with this link the departments of Teaching, Research and social projection can achieve a model that provides an academic product suitable for the resolution of social problems with the link between their departments and the quality that can be achieved in the educational system and its contributions to society.
