During This evaluation investigated the level of knowledge of students who are taking the subject of Stomatological Clinics at the Faculty of Dentistry of the National Autonomous University of Honduras, about pathological lesions in oral tissues. Objective: To determine the level of stomatopathological knowledge handled by fifth-year "A" students of the Faculty of Dentistry. Methodology: This research was carried out through a controlled survey to a total of five groups that make up the internships of the first semester of 2025. It was ensured that the respondents did not receive any information beyond the instructions on how to complete the survey. Subsequently, the data was statistically analyzed and the categories of correct and incorrect responses of the entire sample were established. Results: It was identified that a significant majority of students who are in their fifth "A" year do not handle to a greater or lesser extent the basic knowledge related to Oral Pathology that must be possessed in the Dentistry career in recent periods. Conclusions: Most students were unable to satisfactorily answer the question of identifying the types of oral lesions. This was not only the case in terms of recognizing the lesion, but also in the very concept of lesion and pathology. This showed that the vast majority of students have not retained the basic information necessary for effective use in the clinic when they encounter one of these lesions.
