This research paper analyzes the implementation process of socio-business networking and its digital convergence in the creation of international business opportunities from a managerial perspective in Honduran companies. The research problem stems from the lack of knowledge about how organizations, especially small and medium-sized ones, are using networking as a strategy to access international markets, despite technological, structural, and managerial training barriers. The methodology used was qualitative, with a descriptive, cross-sectional design, using semi-structured interviews with Honduran general managers and businesspeople who have embarked on internationalization processes.
