Anthony García-Marín; Researcher at the Youth Agenda Center of the UNED and university professor at the UCR and UNED, with extensive experience in research about the youth, social inequality and education. Ángel Oswaldo Ávila; Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), with doctoral studies in Development Management with a focus on human development. He has technical training in systems analysis and extensive training in university pedagogy, leadership, business management, finance, and educational quality. He has held academic positions as a professor and coordinator of the Human Resources Area in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the UNAH, and he is a professor at the Metropolitan University of Honduras (UMH). Esthefany Viviana Polanco Matos; Specialist in international cooperation and applied social research, with more than eight years of experience in the design and implementation of development projects in territorial and border contexts in the Dominican Republic. Her work focuses on the analysis of social inequalities from an intersectional perspective, integrating human rights, gender and Afro-descendant studies. She holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from the National University of San Martín, as a scholarship holder of the Global Campus of Human Rights; she completed the Central American Master's Program in Sociology at the University of Costa Rica with the support from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD); and holds a specialization in Afro-Latin American and Caribbean studies (CLACSO/FLACSO Brasil). She has participated as a speaker at international events such as the Latin American Studies Association (LASA) and at academic seminars in Latin America, North America and Europe. Her research addresses racialization and structural inequalities, with publications on the ideology of whitening in batey contexts. In her professional career, she has led cooperation projects related to community resilience, biodiversity conservation, and local capacity building, coordinating institutional and community stakeholders to promote social equity.
