Abstract

La psicología como ciencia y profesión ha crecido considerablemente en El Salvador. Según el Portal de Transparencia, hasta el 31 de octubre del 2022 se encuentran registrados 10408 profesionales que ejercen la profesión de psicología. Aunado a ello, se toman en cuenta todas las universidades que imparten la carrera en cuestión, quienes se encargan de formar profesionales que brindarán sus servicios a la población salvadoreña de manera integral, con ética y, sobre todo, vocación en el ejercicio de la ciencia y profesión psicológica.
