Abstract

The present research work deals with the management of the Language and Literature curriculum from the point of view of the pedagogical advisor. The methodological process of analysis was carried out with the application of the SWOT analysis methodology to diagnose strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the educational institution from the director's point of view. In this way, it was possible to determine the current situation of District IV of Managua. In addition, the strategic objective with its action plan is included. This strategic objective arose from the analysis and the need to manage the Language and Literature curriculum from the area under study. In synthesis, it is the creation of innovative solutions to current educational problems that involve teachers and students of the Hispanic Language and Literature program at UNAN-MANAGUA.
