Abstract

The high rates of violence and insecurity in the Central American region affect both economic, political and social aspects. The efforts of Central American integration in educational issues that contemplate the culture of peace in their curricular plans are in the background; since the state priorities of the isthmus have focused more on issues of economic, financial and customs cooperation.
