This study, entitled “Contribution of graduates from URACCAN and BICU University to the local development of Bonanza (2015–2023)” analyzes the role of intercultural community universities in the socioeconomic development of the region, with an emphasis on the labor market integration, living conditions, and social participation of their graduates. The methodology was developed with a quantitative approach, using surveys applied to graduates of both universities, which allowed the generation of a systematized database on their professional trajectories. The results show that 75% of graduates work in fields related to their studies, and over 90% are satisfied with their professional performance. Furthermore, 57% have access to basic services, and 41% are satisfied with their housing, reflecting improvements in their quality of life. More than 68% participate in community and ethnic strengthening processes, demonstrating the social commitment promoted by URACCAN and BICU. Overall, it is concluded that both universities have positively impacted the well-being of their graduates, although challenges remain in territorial equity, housing, and connectivity. Finally, recommendations are proposed to strengthen graduate follow-up, improve coordination with local governments, and promote social and economic inclusion policies.
