Abstract

The objective of the presented experience is to recreate the theoretical and methodological contributions on the conception of educational prevention because of the breadth and magnitude of its attention in the university context. It means a basic conceptual analysis that allows the primary orientation regarding preventive work and its application as an approach from the approach to basic constructs for the theory of prevention. The experience addresses key elements for the reflection processes regarding the perception of risk and the perceptive capacity of the teacher in view of the significant need for the transition from the perception of risk to the perception of the severity of the risk. It requires action guidelines for the application of this approach in its mainstreaming to the pedagogical process, from the dynamics of action of its teachers and as a basic element to position in the formation of the university student.
