Abstract

The teaching of English in the Camilo Cienfuegos Military Schools distributed in each
of the provinces of the country is part of the curriculum. However, the students who
graduate from this study center lack the military vocabulary necessary to perform
basic tasks and missions in the military field. The objective of this bibliographic
review is to carry out an analysis of the articles found on the teaching of military
vocabulary in military schools. This review focused on research articles from various
scientific journals indexed in Scielo, REDALYC, Latindex, EBSCO, Redib, and DOAJ. A
search, analysis, and selection of the data was carried out. As a result, a collection
of articles was obtained where, through their proposals and methods, solutions
are offered to the problems raised related to the teaching of English in military
schools. All articles presented are aimed at professionals teaching English as a
foreign language in military schools
