This study addresses power quality issues in electrical distribution systems, focusing on voltage sags. Measurements were conducted at two industrial facilities, referred to as “cardboard factory” and “bottling plant,” revealing frequent voltage dip events. A Python script was developed to generate accurate summaries and visualizations of voltage regulation, harmonic distortion, flicker, and voltage sags. The results were compared with data from a corporate services building equipped with a voltage sag mitigator (SagFighter). The SagFighter demonstrated significant reduction in voltage sags, indicating high effectiveness for industrial systems. The analyses confirmed the feasibility of the proposed solution, therefore enhancing network stability. The use of a voltage sag mitigator is concluded to be an efficient approach for mitigating voltage sags in industrial facilities.
