Antecedents and evolution

Abstract

The subjects that corresponds to me to present is referring to how it was initiated and how is the Mercosur.
I do not intend to make any academic presentation, but rather just convey my very personal perception of these issues.
In my diplomatic career, I still did not have the opportunity to deal directly with Mercosur affairs.
I accompanied in the past, a long time ago, and my gray hair can testify, the process of European integration in its beginnings, and, more recently in 1989 and 1990 I directed the South America Division in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which deals with in Southern Cone.
