The health situation of Latin America

Abstract

The analysis of the process "health disease" has been clarified in the importance not only of the etioparogenic factors, increasingly changing due to the advances of research in relation to genetics, in the incidence of diseases, but of the conditioning factors of the epidemiological structure of a community.
Both health and education cannot be specific elements of the reward system through monetary income. The health "market" presents so many imperfections that it is "perfectly imperfect".
