El Salvador of the moment

Abstract

A society is born, evolves, develops and can stagnate in its process; is exposed to losing its direction and seriously threatened by a comprehensive crisis. These distortions have their historical, cultural, socioeconomic and political backgrounds; phenomena that accumulated over time are identified with the ancestral, structural problems or defects of genesis of a country.
In the recent past, and in the years that have elapsed, these have been exacerbated by extraordinary natural events or human failures and are reflected in a not strictly economic scenario, and are not even noticed in all their dimensions by those who live in certain areas of San Salvador; they are evident in poverty, malnutrition, low rates of education, social marginalization, legal insecurity and personal insecurity; phenomena that reach an extreme of such magnitude that they overflow or overflow in various forms.
