Project of registration and recognition of historical archaeological sites of El Salvador (PAHES-UTEC) : first phase 2007

Abstract

This article is a review of the results obtained in the research called "Project of registration and recognition of historical archaeological sites of El Salvador", based on the registration and archaeological recognition of historical sites, inventoried or not by the official registry file of Archaeological Sites of El Salvador. The first phase is referred to in this document, which was carried out from the second half of August until the first half of December 2007.
This is a project of the Vice-Rectorate of Research and Social Projection through the anthropology school of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Technological University of El Salvador, with the institutional support of the Salvadoran Academy of History.
