Diagnosis of private universities and their contribution to the development of El Salvador

Abstract

All the phenomena that arise in society are the effect of socio-economic and political dynamics. The emergence of private universities obeyed the need to provide more options to aspiring higher education.
This was the premise to start a general diagnosis of private universities, ranging from its genesis to its growth and its current situation. In this context, this research project is initiated as a product of the research work of Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador.
