Abstract

Friends, friends, are graduating in a historical time that requires intelligent decisions to achieve social development and basic well-being in which we all participate. And also in a pre-electoral moment, which is always an opportunity to discuss the problems in depth, to find the most appropriate directions, to pave the way to a more just and fraternal future. That is why it is good that at the same time that we reflect on their professional graduation, which makes them agents and partners in the construction of the future, let us reflect on the necessary topics of debate at this time. Not with the desire to do partisan politics but with the desire to share with you, once again, the thinking of this UCA that always wants a just and comprehensive development for all Salvadorans.
