Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused a restructuring of the administrative and operational activities in salvadoran organizations, in such a way that they were developed under a scenario according to the new reality, marked with great variations in relation to what was known until then as usual. Both collaborators and employers embarked on the task of designing and implementing strategies to keep productive activities running in a safe environment, through implementing hygiene and social distancing measures and, in this way, adequately face the negative effects caused by the health and economic crisis due to the pandemic.
