Abstract

Understanding the new forms of human mobility requires an approach that historically links the structural and the conjunctural in such a way that we can understand why these mobilizations occur in the form of forced displacements. In this article we try to understand the phenomenon of forced displacement and how the policies of destination States have expanded beyond physical geography and national sovereignty towards third countries in order to prevent and / or stop irregular migratory flows at the expense of violating human rights of people who could request international protection.
