Abstract

Changes in the climate, demographic patterns and access to resources mean that in the next 20 years will be a transformation in the nature of the risks and that they will be more severe than in the past. The responses that are provided in this context in evolution, show the constant relevance and the vital and decisive role that the labor law has, through the creation of opportunities for decent employment and generating income, in the contexts of crisis in towards the prevention, recovery and development of resilience.
