Abstract

The management of the Central American Institute of Legal and Political Studies attached to the School of Legal and Political Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua has promoted constant meetings with the team of the Journal Cuaderno Jurídico y Político in order to strengthen the processes developed therein.

Geormar Vargas-Téllez, Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua (UPOLI)

Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law from the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua. Doctoral candidate in Criminology at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Mexico, doctoral fellow of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT-Mexico). General Editor of the journal CJP and editorial assistant of the Revista Iberoamericana de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social.
