Abstract

As any legal discipline, labor law is built on the fundamental principles on which sustains its wide regulation of social nature. In this paper I pretend to analyze the application of the inalienability principle in labor relations that is not defined in the law. I will go in depth analyzing the doctrinal criteria applicable and subsequently the basis of the Nicaraguan jurisprudence made by the labor authorities of this country, posing a series of conclusive contributions with the aim of contributing to the correct approach of this basic principle.
