Between globalization and the obligations of states

Abstract

Say third generation rights are not human rights, it is to deny the existence of the right to self-determination of peoples, basic natural right of States understood thus firmly in international law. The lack of rights of third generation and even further, almost dogmatic belief that States are not obliged to comply with them, is a dangerous position which legitimizes the flipside to the self-determination of peoples: abusive colonialist interventionism, formerly held and perpetrated by the Governments of the major powers and now managed on-site , by the agents of big business: large transnational guests from within those States, which without having so many resources to survive with dignity against the problems faced, delivered these companies mis used national assets that it has.
