Abstract

In this edition I would like to highlight the expansion of our Editorial Board, to which we have integrated four new members and members with outstanding experience in the field of civil society, the State and academia. They are: Dr Luis Manuel Osejo, Judge President of the National Labor Court of Appeals and professor of UPOLI; Dr Carlos Emilio López, Member of the National Assembly and specialist of outstanding experience in the rights of children and adolescents, linked to different academic institutions in the country.
