Abstract

The theoretical debate on legal and political issues is a permanent task of democratic societies. The legal and political debate is also presented as a necessity in these democratic societies since they are based on the values of freedom of expression and the dissemination of what has been expressed as a mechanism for the participation of all social actors in the management and scrutiny of the public thing.
