The results showed significant benefits following the adoption of this service, with restaurants, diners, and food and beverage businesses experiencing the highest profitability. The study highlights the importance of adapting to the dynamic changes of the business environment, the need for efficiency in distribution processes, and the identification of market opportunities. In this context, the outsourced home delivery strategy emerges as a viable business alternative to boost sales and improve the profitability of microenterprises, especially in the post-pandemic scenario.
