Adaptability is a quality of living beings to deal with disadvantageous situations within the environment. The emergence of COVID-19 has brought to the actual work world diverse challenges to the commercial ecosystem, those that have modified the way organizations provide innovation services and technological services in El Salvador. Research is an approach to the actions and adjustments that have allowed organizations overcome the limitations outlined due to the appearance of the pandemic and evaluate which have been the changes made that allow a quick adaptation. Also, a close up on the type of skills that have been developed due to the emergency, how innovation is adopted under this crisis situation and what kind of support networks have been essential for organizations to perform their duties and continue to operate.
The way in which technological and specialized service operators have transformed the way of doing business towards the difficulties faced within the months of total and partial confinement in the country, creates the opportunity to address realities and challenges with five specialized service providers: two technological start ups, an innovation study, a service of online recruiting and an experience and state-of- the-art shows creator (video mapping) in order to create a snapshot of the best practices and skills in the framework of a low contact economy. A reading with an evolutionary and performative framework for sustainability in times of crisis.
