Abstract

From the process of problematization of domestic violence, it has been able to conceive the development of public politics in Chile that allow the protection of all persons who are victims of any discriminatory or abusive act. Within this protection, the right to fairness, access to a reparative process, and a system of prevention of violence displayed. However, if the discussion arises in cases of domestic violence family mediation it is possible considering the injure contexts that affect a family. This document raises the need to analyze this social intervention that is in our public politics in Chile.
