The Revista Médica Hondureña, the scientific voice of the Colegio Médico of Honduras, celebrates its 95th anniversary, having been founded in 1930 by a group of visionary physicians belonging to the Honduran Medical Association, which had been established in 1927. The first issue of the journal was published in May 1930, and its first editor was Dr. Antonio Vidal Mayorga. The objective of this publication is to understand how the magazine covers have evolved over the years, identifying changes in their graphic, typographic, and symbolic elements across different historical periods. A descriptive historical study was conducted, focusing on the documentary analysis of the covers.
