Abstract

A university is an institution dedicated to educational work at a higher level, but it goes beyond the simple fact of transmitting knowledge created in first world countries. Among its basic functions are also the link with society and the generation of Knowledge through scientific research in order to influence the population to improve living conditions and also the generation of scientific publications to contribute to science.
