Genital warts are caused by the Human Papillomavirus, generally types 6 and 11. If the woman who suffers from it is in a gestational state, the size of these lesions tends to increase during pregnancy due to hormonal activity. The present case study was carried out with the objective of raising awareness of the nursing care provided to pregnant patients with condylomatosis. In this way, the diagnostic form that was used, the management provided and the evolution of the patient will be made known. Likewise, the required nursing interventions were carried out, developing a Nursing Care Plan, in which the diagnoses were established according to the North American Nursing DiagnosiAssociation (NANDA): a) ineffective sexuality pattern manifested by altered sexual behavior, b) ineffective mothering process related to ineffective management of unpleasant symptoms in pregnancy, and c) risk of an ineffective mothering process manifested by maternal psychological distress in regarding the NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classification) based on sexual functioning during pregnancy and postpartum, knowledge about the pregnancy process and self-control of fear and the NIC (Nursing Interventions Classifica- tion) directing interventions to teaching regarding safe sexual relations, planning family, contraception, high-risk pregnancy care, and prenatal care and preparation for childbirth. In this way, propose the nursing care plan; with the purpose of contributing to the quality of life of the binomial.
