Abstract

Nursing notes "are a clear, accurate, detailed, and orderly written account

of personal and family data and knowledge relating to a

patient and serving as the basis for the final assessment of their current state of health,"(1) which

reinforces the level of importance and influence that nursing notes have in the

patient's medical record.
