Abstract

Jarcho-Levin syndrome or spondylothoracic dysostosis is a rare heterogeneous autosomal recessive disorder that can occur with variable severity. It is primarily characterized by a short neck, short trunk, and a restricted chest (narrow fetal chest) due to multiple ribs (crab-like or fan-like radiation of the ribs) and abnormalities at all levels of the spinal column, including: butterfly vertebrae, hemivertebra, fused vertebrae, hypoplastic vertebrae
