From the context of the Peace Agreements in Colombia, this article analyzes the obstacles and scope of a technical-professional training program (PTP) aimed at a group of demobilized people in the department of Valle from the narrative construction of the teaching experiences that participated in the program. To do this, the multiple case study was adopted with nine teachers of the program based on a data saturation process: open, axial, and selective coding. The analysis of the results allowed the establishment of the category “Teaching experiences with agroup of demobilized people” (CN) as the nucleus that allows the development of the final categories and subcategories. In this analysis framework, three recurring categories emerged regarding the obstacles and scope of PTP: emotions (CA1), uncertainty regarding the process (CA2) and coping strategies (CA3).
