CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE CULTURE OF WORK TO FOOD OF THE PEOPLE OF THE NATURE RESERVE ESTERO PADRE RAMOS

Abstract

The relationship between nature and culture, is reflected directly in the interaction between communities Kilaca, Padre Ramos y Venecia with the estuary Padre Ramos. This link provides the necessary resources for sustainability, food for family consumption, or as a means for achieving other foods they do not produce, but that they may trade. All this is achieved through the organization of the households in these rural communities.
