This essay is based on a reflection on the conference "Development and its implications in the contemporary world" by Dr. Tahina Ojeda Medina in 2015 organized by the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the University of Granada (UGR ) Of Spain in the framework of the Cycle of Conferences: "International Cooperation and Development: Critical Reflections".
