New distribution records for the Corydalidae (Megaloptera) in Honduras and Nicaragua

Abstract

The Corydalidae (Megaloptera) has around 380 species worldwide. Despite some are exclusively Mesoamerican, few species are known for Honduras and Nicaragua. As a result of the revision of material in the collections of Honduras, eight species are recorded por the first time for Honduras and four for Nicaragua. In addition, the genus Chloronia is recorded for the first time for Honduras.
