Abstract

A socio-sports program with a national scope is positioned as a benchmark from which it is possible to fulfill many social responsibilities, for that matter, those specifically related to childhood and adolescence, for example, the rights consigned in the Growing Together Law, the Code Law, the General Sports Law, the Constitution of the Republic, the General Youth Law, the Municipal Code among other national and international regulations, the most important of which is the Convention on the Rights of the Child. For this reason, it is necessary to observe programs such as LaLiga, Valores and Oportunidad as a model through which the State can guarantee compliance and enjoyment of rights, problematizing their execution, design and planning under the human rights approach of children and adolescents in for the sake of becoming a social policy.
