This article is based on the development of accessible
software for individuals without upper limbs,
enabling them to interact with a computer through
voice commands and visual gestures. The aim of the
research was to promote social and labor inclusion
through open technologies such as Python, OpenCV,
and voice recognition systems. The study adopted
a mixed-methods approach, with validation in a
controlled environment and iterative development
of the prototype. The results show that the system
allows users to perform basic tasks such as opening
documents, browsing the internet, and communicating
through digital platforms. It is concluded that this type
of solution can reduce technological barriers, improving
the quality of life and autonomy of people with motor
disabilities. The software has been developed for
Windows but is adaptable to Linux. While the first phase
of the research focused on software development and
controlled testing, the second phase will continue with
experimental trials and result measurement through
the creation of indicators to determine whether the
software meets the research objectives.
