Abstract

Ultra-high-density grazing (UHDG) emerges as an innovative livestock strategy that promotes both environmental sustainability and productivity. This review article examines the existing literature on UHDG, assessing its underlying principles, ecological and economic benefits, as well as the challenges associated with its implementation. Through a synthesis of case studies and analyses of practical experiences, the article highlights the potential and limitations of this practice across diverse geographical and environmental contexts.
